Absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't know how to begin accompanying her, you've done so wonderfully.
Thanx , the credit has to go to Samah Mustafa صوت مخملي من السماء , she's an amazing singer , she sang this whole song acapella no support at all ! ,
my work is only weaving around it with some help of the whales and dolphins
This is pretty awesome. Not only is she a fabulous singer. Your accompaniment is spot on
Thank you very much
Made me sit up and take notice for sure - especially when the distortion came in - for a moment I thought you might go all the way into a sort of Massive Attack style track - actually that would be so cool with her vocals, go really hard synth and nasty percussive loops....but I digress...I have no idea how you go from just a vocal track and then come up with that backing - really brilliantly creative and very cinematic.
Great partnership
Thank you !
The backing is all improv
First takes , we modulated the middle
Not common ground in trad Arabic music
And I'm more astonished over her pitch and vocal accuracy ,
Singing this accapella is no easy task.
And yes I'd like to go into hardcore percussion loops
A la soundperversions , we'll see what happens
