It may not be as swish as some of the silk-screen printed units you can get from the other excellent vendors who around here, but having received it this morning, plugged it in, and for the first time ever played two Boss/Roland 13 pin units at the same time, I have to say I'm delighted with SixEight's passive GK splitter.

The photographs of the enclosure don't do it justice: it feels robust and has zero flex.  An aluminium enclosure might have been ultimately stronger, but quality is suitable to purpose - velcroed to my pedalboard I expect it to outlive me, and I'm not planning on going anywhere anytime soon!!!

Feature set is useful too - a normal guitar in is really useful for the units with modelled guitar amps, and a guitar signal insert means you can use your favourite analogue effects.

Just need a couple of 13-pin patch leads now ...

Already ordered from Robert!

Now trying to find a decent live-in case.  I'm probably going to have to build some kind of stand so I can stack them - plenty space on the floor in the rehearsal room but I can't see me having the space on every stage to lay them side by side.  Was thinking about this https://www.thomann.de/gb/km_18811_keyboard_stand_bundle.htm - the bundled bar turns it to a table top stand.

You KNOW it's only going to get worse now that you're on that roll...

Maybe you should just think ahead and go straight to this:

I've always thought you need to be a competent tap dancer to use guitar effects - are you suggesting I learn the can-can?
