Looks like a 13-pin breakout cable (http://www.separate-strings.co.uk/breakout%20cables%20and%20more.html).  6 monophonic midi converters in one box?

Thanks Bluesbird! I have a few customers using a GK Mini Breakout Cable with multiple SONUUS audio-midi-coverters, and all have mentioned favourable results. Having said that, it isn't clear whether the SONUSS conversion is better than GR-55 AUDIO/MIDI conversion etc.  In theory six separate string MIDI tracks and a breakout cable should give greater MIDI data resolution etc. Haven't tried this technique, and only make the GK 13-pin separate strings cable.
