Sorry guys but there is not a section GR-20:

When I set the unit to a specific bank (for example synth or percusion) it changes automatic (without I do something) to another bank (mostly a bank lower for ex. "brass" or "strings". Even when my cable 13 pins is not in the unit, it still changes his bank after a while. Then I have to change the bank manually back to the initial bank. However when I choose the "user" bank, it stays on that bank
can somebody help me with this problem??

Probably the rotary encoder used for the bank/intrument group selection is faulty.
Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

Yes, I think that's the problem but can I fix it by changing that potmeter or by spraying some contact spray ?

Most electronics suffer oxidation of the internal electrical switch  / jack / potentiometer contacts after 24 months.

With a non powered unit , Start by moving ALL pots and rotary switch Controls and push button Switches rapidly multiple times, as this serves to knock off the built up oxidation which prevents good electrical flow across these contacts.

For stubborn problems, Caig De-Oxit carefully /  sparingly applied to these contacts can often restore their operation.
