Very happy with this Tele build.  ;D  ;D  ;D
Plus a fellow forum member (gumbo) has had the chance to see this & my other builds.
I got the feeling he even wanted to take this one back home with him  ;D
(or was that one of the other ones)

Been tested against a mates, American Standard Fender Tele.
The finish is heaps better on mine by miles, mine sounds louder (may-be, because my pups are Hot neck & Bridge)
Mine has a much more all round warmer tone to it than the USA Tele ie: Mahogany on mine.
They are very close sounding in Neck posy (mine louder thou) & in the Bridge posy, with the P-Rail set to single coil.
Was very close sounding as well to the American Fender Tele.
I was totally surprised by this, but a good surprise as it does sound very much like a Tele should.
Plus have the use of the Hum & P90 to mix it up.
Plus I have SS Frets.

Was going to put the full set of P-Rails in this with the Neck P-Rail turned around, to give it more Tele sound.
But thought .....
I already have a Guitar with a set of P-Rails, So I changed to a Tele pup in the neck for a different variation.

I'm NOT really a Gold person when it comes to the hardware etc, But it looks great on this colour scheme.
Looks real classy in the flesh !!

Cheers ... Zummooz  ;D

Q... What kind of advice can you give me ?   Tommy Emmanuel's reply ....

You move your hand Up and Down that long bit and the music comes out of that Big Black Box behind you !!

VERY nice work, zummooz! Your finish is outstanding; I agree with your choice of gold, and the binding is exemplary! Congratulations, and thanks for sharing! :D ;D

Simply outstanding. You do great work and have a great taste in putting all the right pieces together. Very tasty. Enjoy it in good health.

M friend, I just LOVE how you pick out the components and put things together!!!! I can just hear your guitars speak...
You could easily make it a business!
Great job!

P.S. Gotta say, though... seeing it laying on the grass .... ;)
Play on, my friend !!!

Don't worry, there is something between the guitar & the grass  :)

Hey ...
I also nabbed one of these .... Aerodyne Strat Loaded Body, Japan 2004
Tossed a Warmoth Neck (Maple / Maple) from my RR Strat onto it. (putting a Raw neck on the RR Strat)
Black colour matched perfectly.
Just had to put in a new Tremolo & Strap Loks and a bit of spit & polish.  ;D

These have a slight arch on the Top & Bottom to them, NO forearm contour, with Cream Binding on top.
More squarer edge to the sides than a normal strat, because of the binding.
I reckon they look real cool, Very Comfy too  ;)

Original pups are in it still, might leave, as they seem OK .... Different to what I have around here  :P

Thanks again  ;D

Here's some pic's (Before Cleaning & adding Strap loks / strings / neck plate / New Trem etc) showing the arch Top & Bottom

Well, I'd say the guitars are fantastic...

...but I did expect a better job on the lawn...    ;D

Ha Ha  ;D  yeah But ..... it's been an absolute pathetic summer in Sydney this year  :'(   can't even remember one like it before.
More wet than anything else, hence the delay on getting outdoor pic's of guitars.

So it's made it real hard to even do  ......

A wet Sydney summer? That never happens... So the drought is over? Good news for the farmers no?
