Hi guys,

I cannot for the life of me get the StringPort software to act like an axon or roland coverter.

That is use pitchbend on one note and then use chromatic bends on any other bent string.

Is this possible?

Cheers

Hmmm. I'm not actually quite clear on what you are looking to do.  I mainly use SP for the hex signal processing rather than pitch to MIDI conversion, so I can't say if it's possible or not. But I'd be willing to try to take a look at it 'with' you.  Please elaborate a little.

Hi Vance,

Thanks for the reply.

When I typed it I thought I wasnt explaining it properly!

Basically the following mode on the axon:

Auto: If more than one note is played, pitchbend quantisation is enabled automatically. Chords are thus played precisely (without pitchbend), while pitchbend quantisation is disabled for single-note solos with bend-n, sliding and similar techniques.

Cheers
