Hello everybody,
I got a used GE300 but it seems to have a problem with the h. output.
It outputs only noise and only if the volume is set very high.
I have performed a firmware update and factory reset.
Do you have any suggestion on how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks

sounds like prior owner of GE300 fried the headphone output
Or the Headphone EQ block is set to zero level.

Best to contact Mooer support for your country.

But realize there is a separate DAC Output and separate EQ for the GE 300 headphone output

Start with a factory reset again , and review the settings on the Global Headphone output

Tried both with no luck... I guess I'll have to find someone who can repair it.
Thanks

Try a factory reset

The GE-300 has a separate Headphone out DAC, and dedicated EQ in the SYSTEM area , if this is set wrong , you mat not get a Headphone output function

Ask at Facebook group

Dead GE300 Headphone Out appears to be a common complaint

Also its common for folks to not understand the headphone out is designed for Stereo  TRS passive headphones- if you accidentally use a Mono guitar cable in the GE300 Headphone Output  it shorts the left and right outputs,  and may fry the internal stereo headphone Amp circuit.

Others fry their MFX Headphone output using a TRS to XLR cable fed into XLR input on  PA /Recording mixer /interface with XLR Phantom Power engaged = poof, dead GE300 headphone amp
