This is the USB-C to USB-B cable I used

Here is Field Recorder app

(Android Music Creation  /Audio / MIDI  Apps)

1) Power on GE300
2 ) Insert the USB Client "B" side of the USB cable to the GE300
3) With LG V20 smartphone ( Android 8.0) powered on , insert the USB-C side of the USB cable to the LG V20,
4) Upon USB connection, the LG V20 recognizes the GE300 as a 24 bit USB Audio / MIDI Device, and a pop up message asks which app should be launched ( I have several Android Audio / MIDI apps ) I chose "Field Recorder"
5 ) Field Recorder app launches, and it showed the connected audio device as "GE300 24 bit @ 96kHz Stereo USB Audio" and I recorded GE300 3 minutes as a test.
6) I hit stop , and rewind, and upon hitting"Play" ,, clean recorded audio is heard from the GE300 headphones jack.
7) i closed "Field Recorder app", and tried my other Android audio apps - they all worked with GE300 as my audio / MIDi Interface
8 ) I tested GE300 MIDI over USB transmission with an app called "MIDI Monitor" - and saw that with each patch change, GE300 transmits MIDI Program Change ( PC) messages
9) I moved all knobs and switches to see if GE300 transmits any default MIDI CC messages, but none were detected

(MacOS/ OSX)   - tested GE300 with my Macbook Pro , and GE300 was recognized as 2 in /2 out 24 bit USB Audio / MIDI device  - recorded test track in Logic-X DAW

IOS/iPad)  - Sadly on my IOS Devices there are problems I get an error pop up " GE300 device not compatible"  - even using the Apple Lightning USB 3 Adapter with external Power
-despite the error message, IOS Apps can playback using the GE300 as a USB Audio DAC, but recording on IOS from GE300 does not appear to work on iPad/ iPhone ( running IOS 12)

On WIndows,  - must install the MOOER GE300 ASIO driver
