Hi fellow GP-10 users!

I am not a great fan of the preset patches in the GP-10. However - all your great contributions in this forum convinced me to buy one.

As a new user, quite late to the party, I just want to thank all of you who have shared your great patches and encourage you to keep posting and sharing! It is much appreciated.

Tell me about it. Over delayed, over reverb-ed fuzz and synth tones from the last century. No seeming organization to them (besides normal-pickup patches being lumped together.

But, the tools are all there for you to build your sounds from scratch. Thankfully, pretty decent tools.

Fortunately all 99 GP-10 Factory Presets can be replaced with better ones from here

Which I am diving head-first into doing. There are some really talented sound designers out there. Hope to rise to that level one of these days. There is so frakin' much capability built into this silly little yellow box. Between it and my old steady soldier GT-8 I think I can come up with any and every sound that has been struggling to get of my head and into the PA for years now.  :D
