They are unable to create new accounts at this time - but he suggested that we could share accounts in the meantime, until they are able to get this working but there is no ETA.

If anyone is feeling generous (and is not using an important password for their account) this would be helpful to those of us who don't have accounts!

:( not sure if is worth contact Henrik as you see what he sugested to kevorkian...

A huge thank you to Les Paul Special for giving some of us the ability to login!!!

I was successful in connecting my ATG-1 to the Software Manager image attached (Minus account info).

Wow!!! Maybe this means that the technology won't be just buried. Antares is really on to something here (which everybody owning an ATG guitar or floorboard here know all too well) and i can't think of many companies that provide this kind of service.

Was it a meteor?
I cant't find it online. I would like to upgrade an AT200 to full package but... no way at the moment.

That task remains unsupported

the ATG Internal Luthier Kit includes ALL upgrades which required $$ to update the AT-200

But you will be out of luck if you seek to upgrade a non upgraded Peavey AT-200

the ATG Manager should still allow you to recalibrate string levels

Thank you for quick replay.
Still no connection, same message.
I'm using this setup with a VST plugin (https://www.kvraudio.com/product/atg-control-by-klanglabs) and it does not work all the time. Could be a faulty USB Midi interface?

I would suggest use a known good USB<> MIDI adapter cable
The one you show is junk!

List of working ones here
https://www.vguitarforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=8393.0

Skip third party Antares manager plugins , shut down the DAW and any other MIDI apps and shut down all other apps!

and be sure the only app you are running is the official Antares ATG Manager app  -we have links to download the working ATG Manager app here

Thank you for you help so far! You were right, it was junk. Switched to Roland UM-ONE. I'm new with Peavey AT-200 and Antares software, so what next? It's safe to update to 2.28 without loosing anything? Where can I find a "how to use" tutorial for ATG Software Manager?

Hello everyone!

I got a Peavey AT-200 with the AT-200B Breakout box as well, but without any additional feature packs. So a few days ago, i wanted to try out some of the free trial features (e.g. capo, acoustic...).
Thanks to you fine people i was able to connect to the Antares repository with Antares ATG Manager app using the universal login data posted above (thx again for that).
I connected with the Roland UM-One MK2 and could see what stuff was already on the guitar (Peavey AT-200 v2.27, like in the picture in the post above this) and could succesfully add the trial capo and trial acoustic demo and trial Open E applications to the empy slots on the guitar.
Unfortunately, i can`t seem to activate the added stuff when using the guitar. I was searching up and down the web for any kind of documentation, tutorial, manual etc...
The stuff i found seems pretty straight forward, but I can`t get it to work for the life of me.
Apart from the very basic official manual that doesn`t go into much detail, I found some videos on Youtube, explaining how to use the Fret Control to activate different presets of the complete pack (which I don`t own), and how the strings correspond to the 6 slots in the ATG Software Manager. I read that I have to pluck a string (with high E being Slot#1 in the ATG Software Manager) before turning the power on while it rings to select one of the Slots. And when using the fret control to select different presets, I have to make sure that it is a clean sound with enough energy to overcome the threshold of the fret control detection.
But whatever I try, it doesn`t seem to work. Does anyone have an idea what I am missing?
Just like tziganu above, I would be really thankful for a more in-depth explanation of the different functions, and how to use them, as I can`t seem to find anything useful online.
Oh, I also installed the ATG Settings Manager, for changing the global settings of the guitar. I haven`t really changed any values yet, as I am not sure if I need any of the update packs for the guitar to be able to use it, and I don`t want to accidently brick the guitar when using the software.
In the Preset tab it shows 64 empty slots of ATG Banks, 64 empty slots of disk file banks and a Preset Editor with Options for different Guitar Models, Pickups, a long list of different tunigs, octave shift etc.
Can I create my own presets with that software and save them on the guitar? If so, that brings me back to the previous problem. How to activate it?
Anyone knows if there exists some kind of documentation or manual of the ATG Settings Manager or can tell me how to use it?

Thank you for your help!

(and Sorry for my somewhat subpar English, it isn`t my mother tongue and I am still learning)

QuoteHow to activate it?

Antares ceased all support for all ATG / AT-200 Guitar products in 2017

and its no longer possible to Activate Feature Packs  to non upgraded Peavey AT-200 guitars

Yes, i read that they discontinued the support, that`s why I was very happy to find the download links and login data here, as the official sites are offline.
So even the free trial packs won`t work? Because i could add them to the guitar, but was unable to get them to work. I think it is a user error, but I can`t find any useful information for troubleshooting.
And what about the ATG Settings Manager. Can I use it to create my own presets, or won`t it work either / does it rely on the no longer purchaseable update packs?

Thx again for your help

The main goal of being able to log in and use ATG Settings Manager in 2020 is to re-calibrate String Gain for each string
And ATG Luthier Kit Owners can set the MAG Hex PU Distance

basically edit and save the settings here:

Thank you.
In the pic you linked it shows the "Globals" tab of the ATG Settings Manager.
Do you know if the Preset Editor in the "Presets" tab is functional without any of the upgrade packs?
I can see that some functions require Feature Pack 3.10 or later (Custom Alt Tuning*, Custom Doubling*, Ptch Shift for Lap Steel Pack*) and I read that:

"For the Essential Pack, you can assign all 16 presets to open E through fret 15. For the Pro Pack and Complete Pack, you can save the first 21 presets to open E through fret 20."

But it doesn`t say anything about this functionality if no upgrade pack is present. Do you know if I can for example save custom Presets in the first 8 Slots of the ATG Banks or is the Preset Editor  not functional at all without any of the no longer available upgrade packs?

Thanks again for your time
(and sorry to be a bother about this)  :-[

Hopefully another AT-200 owner may offer advice

Myself I use the IPad based MIDI DESIGNER ATG CONTROL app for those activities

Seems like i am out of luck regarding the Presets. It´s a pity that there is no way to get the upgrade packs anymore.
Oh well, thanks for your help so far though.
Do you know if the MIDI Designer ATG Control app that you use is also available for Android or the PC, or do you know any similar program with the same capabilities?
The ATG-Control VST Plugin a few threads down also seems to require the upgrade packs for the AT-200, so no luck for me either.

AFAIK
To configure the String Setting Levels and Pickup type

ATG-1 Floor can do this stand alone  - no app required

ATG Internal Luthier Kit  - must use the Peavey AT-200B Breakout box and MIDI adapter + 5pin to USB MIDI Class Compliant ADAPTER CABLE ( Roland UM-ONE MKII ) to run  ATG Settings Manager application (Mac & Windows)

or

the AT-200 Break out cable
https://8thstreet.com/Product/Get/68635/peavey-at200-break-out-cable-midi-update-cable-for-at200-auto-tune-guitar

IPad based MIDI DESIGNER ATG CONTROL app should work for all the above to adjust presets and real time control for all the above

But on  Peavey AT-200 some MIDI DESIGNER ATG CONTROL app features will not be available, depending on the installed and activated "Feature Packs".

I found the IPad based MIDI DESIGNER ATG CONTROL app provides more tools for adjust presets and real time control vs the
ATG Settings Manager application (Mac & Windows)

ATG software is organized as Feature Packs. The guitar holds six Feature Packs, one for each string. To activate a Feature Pack, you turn off ATG, pluck a single string and then immediately power-on the guitar. If a feature pack has been installed on that string, then it is activated. Otherwise, the previously activated feature pack is activated.
