After creating the best impulses on the market, an impulse response loading plugin was the clear next step. Using PULSE as your IR loader means you can spend less time sorting through piles of IR's and can get back to whats important; the MIX.

THE LOADER

PULSE was built to be the most powerful yet easy to use impulse response loader on the market. It was designed for both the aspiring engineer and seasoned pro to be able to utilize Impulse Responses to their fullest potential. PULSE has been optimized with real-time sample rate conversion, the achilles-heel of all other IR loaders, and introduces zero latency to your DAW environment.
THE PULSE CAB

The PULSE cab is a cabinet IR built into the plugin. When the plugin is first inserted into the signal chain, the PULSE cab is activated and you're ready to shred. The PULSE cab was digitally created to offer the most versatile frequency palette and is suitable for all tone styles from the heaviest of metals to the cleanest of blues.
Features:
– Multi-platform
– A/B Control
– Real-time Sample Rate Conversion
– Compatible With All 3rd Party IR's
– Blend Mode W/ Phase Control
– HP/LP Filters
– PULSE Cab IR Built Into The Plugin

NadIR is a zero latency, dual Impulse Response (IR) convolver, designed to be used as a cabinet simulator for guitar and bass (pre)amplifiers (VST/AU or even hardware).

It has been designed to perform pristine quality convolution in real time, while being light on the CPU and easy to use, providing advanced built-in filters and delay controls to let guitarists and bassists shape their tone with ease, without the need to be professional audio engineers.
NadIR is meant to be used as a cabinet simulator for live playing and jamming, tracking or mixing inside hosts capable of VST or AU Plug-Ins support.

Main Features:

This has been my go-to IR loader for guitar and bass tracks for a long time.

Reasons for that are:

- 64-bit - which most of the other IR loaders haven't been when I checked back in the days.

- super easy to set up.

- mixing 2 IRs is possible/easy and very usefull.

- the 2 slots make comparing IRs very easy and fast.

The only reason that I'm no longer using NadIR is that I downloaded the similar free "Pulse" from Rosen Digital. It's essentially the same plugin (has been created by Ignite Amps for Rosen) and in addition has a free Rosen Pulse cab IR build in for when you just need a quick test.
