Here is an attempt at bagpipes, but is more like  bag of wild cats screaming.

It uses 2 PCM tones and the Organ synth modelled tone.
PCM1 = chanter
PCM2 + Modelled tone = drones
There is a bit of ring modulator involved, and chorus and reverb.
The EXP pedal mixes in the bagpipes towards the Toe end, and also does some pitch bend as the tone fades in/out, just like the pipes filling/deflating.
The CTL pedal is used for tone hold on the PCM tones, so you could strike a drone note and hold it, then mix in the pipes tone.

As it is designed for use on a Bass, the G and D strings only have the bagpipes enabled.
This allows me to play bass for an ACDC song 'it's a long way to the top' on open A string while adding the bagpipes melody.

Unfortunately the drone is not constant unless you use the CTL Hold function, it tone tracks with the chanter notes.

Here is a fine tuned variation, using only the G string for the bagpipes, and the pipes pitch altered.
