SO yonac Tonestack has the tapedeck that I have been playing with.

Can yo do more than one loop? like layers?

Is there any looper pedal app like the Boss RC3?

I did just figure out that you can build on the tapedeck in tonestack.

Make a loop and then let it play and then record a new recording to make a new loop and then record again to make a new loop with 3 layers.

just a footswitch to midi learn the tapedeck. i guess i really do need an ipad and a foot controller

not even really. Id love to be able to just have an extension screen for my iphone. its plenty powerful enough.

Elantic you use a midi controller?

Id love to get it working so my monitor size doesnt matter and I can just assign knobs and switches to different functions of the preset

KMI Softstep2 via USB>USB Host on Focusrite iTrack  Dock, and then use your favorite IOS looper app

nice!

What do you think about a controller with pads and knobs? Instead of a footswitch it would be to replace the dials for all the pedals and amps.

Maybe have 4 knobs for gain and eq on the amp land maybe two for a drive pedal or something.

could you use two midi contorllers in conjunction with each other?

as a guitarist, I find its easier to control a loop with my feat

but many other MIDi controllers with knobs, buttons and sliders, exist - find reviews of them here

It is hard for me to disconnect myself from the Amp eq. I use amp controls far more than pedals.

Ideally I would love a row of dials on a mic stand or table top and a foot controller to control a looper or a set of pedals.

Elantric

place these on a stand side by side
