Wrote this fanfare for my drummer who had his birthday yesterday.

It's actually all Boss WP-20G GK (i bought it on sale from Roland Sweden a couple of weeks ago) except for the bass notes at the start which are Logic Pro's Octave Saw patch (EXS24).

I haven't really worked on the mix (i wrote it and recorded it yesterday in a couple of hours) but I'll get around to it... :)
G-202, 505, 707, 77, GR-1, 100, 30, 33, 33B, 300, 55, 500, 700, 77B, GM-70, GP-10, SY-300, VG-88, 99, WP-20...

minouche

Very nice
Are you happy with The WP-20G ? Do you have any other track made with it ?

Thank You very much.

It was actually the first recording I've done with it. I think it's a fun little box. It doesn't have many sounds (6+delay and chorus) but sometimes that can be a good thing. I find that with too many possibilities i sometimes lose focus on what I'm supposed to do ;)

I believe it's derived from the VG-88 sound engine (anyone knows?) so the sound quality is good. I paid about 100 USD for it NOS and for that price I'm very happy with it.
