Create a website for a band
musicman65:
Word to the wise: Take the time to learn to use a graphical (WYSIWYG) web editor. There are many free open source options. If you don't, prepare to constantly pay for updates or have a static site with old info.
You can and probably should pay a pro to create your template and setup the first go round but learning to change the content is really helpful.
Btw, everything on your wish list is pretty easy to accomplish. Shouldn't be hard to get that done by the average developer.
My band has a domain and hosting through GoDaddy. It's as good as most services I guess. We have our own email addresses and full control over every aspect of the site.
Good luck!

What do you guys think? I like it!!! :)
I chose to do it with http://Bandmo.com - It's 100 % worth the price IMO. Took me about 1 hour to do everything.

Next time you shouldnt post a 'new' website (which you supposedly just recently created in an hour) that has updates created prior to the date of your original post in this thread. It really strains the credibility of your entire schtick.
admsustainiac:
Our forum is a special place where we try to maintain a level of integrity and honesty which unfortunately the Original poster for this thread has lacked.
