Hi all,

Thank you for accepting me on here.

New to the board and just wanted to say hello and hope to
be talking and sharing ideas and info with you all soon.

I currently have a Gr-55 with a gk Pickup attached to my esp.
Love the sounds Ive been getting and Im looking forward to creating
so much new music. The guitar is tuned down to B so I get some really amazing sounds right now.
Ill try and post some stuff soon.

man, hate to bu you guys so soon but I'm having a really hard time getting my librarian editor
software to work on my computer. I really want to download some user patches and presets for my GR-55.

Im on a IMAC 2.16 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo with version OS 10.6.8
Iv'e downloaded the USB DIVER software.
Ive installed it.
It said completed, It then prompted me to restart my computer but when I look for the software to start it up there is nothing there.
Ive done a search and tried to find it,
Nothing.

I can see the GR-55 in the system preferences but thats about it. Cant see any sort of editor or bank of any sort or anything to click and launch.

I also hooked the USB from Gr-55 to computer after installation and turned on. Nothing. Really strange.
I did look on the forum before posting this message but couldnt find any help. Not sure what Im doing wrong here.

There are only a few versions of the drivers for mac at the roland site. 10.4/10.5/10.6/10.7
Do I have compatability problem because of OS version 10.6.8? could that be the reason?
Some help would be much appreciated if you guys can.

cheers
