Yes - but you will be limited to Guitar #1 with GK PU only on CHAIN "A", and Guitar #2 with Mag PU feeding the rear Guitar 1/4" Input only on the CHAIN "B" .

Just do it.

MAG PU is your guitars Magnetic Pickup ..... 1/4 "  output.
GK PU is your GK 13 pin pickup ...ie 13 pin cable.

Yes - but you will be limited to Guitar #1 with GK PU only on CHAIN "A", and Guitar #2 with Mag PU feeding the rear Guitar 1/4" Input only on the CHAIN "B".

Just do it.

But you won't be able to process both guitars at once this way.  The only way to do that would be to feed the 2nd guitar's 1/4" signal through the GK normal pickup pin.  Then dedicate one channel to the GK normal pickup and the other to just GK polyphonic.  That was one of my disappointements with the VG-99, that the GK normal pickup and the 1/4" come through one audio channel and can't be independently routed or blended.

I can use both.
GK pickup in the front and Mag pick up out from the guitar into the 1/4 input on the back of the VG-99.
On the last page of the COSM Guitar page use the mix level knobs for your blend of the two.
You can also assign GK to A and Mag to B or the oppisite way with the Mix level controls

Yes this is true

That is incorrect.

VG-99 can process 2 guitars, Both at once:

Guitar #1= GK on Chain A

Guitar #2= Mag on Chain B

Refer to Page 183 of the VG-99 Owners Manual  for Signal Flow Chart which describes how to process two guitars at once - see pic below:

That is incorrect.

It's not really two complete guitars.  A GK 'guitar' as I define it has 7 audio signals.  The 6 polyphonics and 1 normal pickup (or two with piezo systems that output stereo via 1/4" TRS).  The VG-99 only has 7 audio inputs.  It just has a setting to determine whether to bring in normal pickup through the GK cable or 1/4".  But you can not process normal pickup from the GK on FX Channel A and 1/4" through FX Channel B.  It's just one or the other.  So if you go this route, it will work but you give up your ability to blend in your normal pickups on your GK guitar because it will be effectively disabled in favor of the 1/4".  If you use a lot of open tunings or other poly FX that would clash with the normal pickup signal on the GK cable then it's no big loss, but it is still a tradeoff.

Once you bring in the normal pickup you can not move it around in the FX chain either.  So you have some dirty GK Les Paul patch and you want to mix in your mono piezo all on one channel, you can't have the normal pickup sidestep the FX chain.  The only workaround is to physically route the normal pickup out a different port rather than streaming the whole thing through USB to your DAW.  It's just not the same.  The normal pickup is really a 2nd class citizen in the FX path rather than a true layer.  You have to layer more by giving it its own channel rather than being able to do it all within one channel.

Regardless, technically the VG-99 CAN  process 2 guitars at once:

Guitar #1= GK PU (GK13 In) on Chain A with a unique Amp and FX

Guitar #2= Normal PU (rear 1/4" Guitar In) on Chain B  with a unique Amp and FX

Refer to Page 183 of the VG-99 Owners Manual  for Signal Flow Chart which describes how to process two guitars at once.

To be exact what i want is to connect my e.guitar through the gk pu and of course to use as much processing that the vg99 will let me
and connect my electric acoustic guitar through the 1/4 input and of course to use as much processing that the vg99 will let me here to..... :)
and then to switch between the guitars.
is it possible to hear  them both at the same time?
from which output i will hear the both?
(I must say that i don't have the vg yet. i order it and it should arrive in a few days.
Thank you all for your help
