Parisienne

I've done a quick job on Parisienne Walkways the d-beam changes pickup from front to rear, doesnt quite stand up to scrutiny (yet) but should be fine with that backing track you have!

Welcome to the group Buster!  :)

Make sure you use the IMPORT SMF command to import this patch.

It's not just Buster, I can't get this one to load either. :( I noticed that all .mid files posted here are in the 5k range, this one is 3k. Lee may have to re-save this one, export it to make it's 5k and post it again.

Something just changed my system settings like the editor patches used to, & I think it was the 1st Parisienne patch. How could this be with a .mid file?

You can save the system settings the same way you save a patch. That is the easiest way to do it IMHO! He may have accidentally posted his system setting instead of the patch. The size of the .mid file can tip you off to that as someone noticed earlier that the file size was smaller. I had posted a warning on the yahoo site about that but not much has been mentioned here about it.

Mine changed too with the first Perisienne patch.  I tried installing the first one last night too and when I saw that it didnt work I just shut the machine off and went out last night.  I didn't even think to check the system settings until I saw this conversation.  Bummer, and I have a gig tonight too.  Good thing someone caught it. That would have been bad...  Thanks guys for the heads up, I guess it still pays to check file size!

Sorry about that, I didnt notice that I'd done anything different, I've removed the original and put up the right one!

No harm done.  ;D  I am a big fan of your patches.  I am just glad that someone pointed it out in time.
