Hi everyone,

I'm puttiing this as a separate post as I dont think people are getting replies in the dedicated request thread. ( I May be wrong )

Looking for pretending patch. it can be found on 24 nights album. This is a wonderful sound. Im new to the VG99 so would like an expert to show me how to put it together. So I can take it appart and see how you did it.

I know a few things it should have. Either the vocaliser or wah effect and the feedbacker to give it that gentle feedback every now and again.

If you can help me get this sound you'll be a hero and mentor.

Thanks

Graham

I saw this post and thought: let's see what I can come up with.

Yes, Eric used a wah....

FENDER STRATOCASTER (1974); BRIAN MAY RED SPECIAL; VG 99; GR 55; Yamaha DX 7

Music was my first love and it will be my last (JOHN MILES)

I put in a Uni-Vibe, often mistaken for a wah.

This post has made me revisit Journeyman and I'd forgotten what a great album it was.

So I had to have a go at a patch.

I'm 100% there's a wah in there becasue of the tempo it's used in line with the track and the solo swells. A very unique tone and quite complicated - well, I MADE it complicated more likely, lol!
