If I want to connect an external wah pedal to the GR55, how would I connect it? Thank you.

Most here write a GR-55 patch that employs the GR-55's built in Wah Wah

Your options are very limited, if the external Wah is used
1) Guitar normal pickup output > Wah > GK guitar input
2) Wah on GR-55 output (least desirable option)
3) Use built in Wah effect from the GR-55. ( the easiest option)

Quote1) Guitar normal pickup output > Wah > GK guitar input

Since the GR-55 lack a normal 1/4' Guitar Input jack , There will be soldering involved - or requirement for other product purchase

Or using two extra regular cables to your guitar.
Guitar normal pickup jack > cable to Wah
Wah + cable > to GK-3 normal guitar input (assuming you use a GK-3).

another option: GR-55 Guitar out > Wah > guitar amp via pedalboard.

I ended up installing a pair of "break" jacks to insert my Cry-Baby pedal in between the guitar mag output and the GR-55 electronics.  After a lot of experimentation, I just couldn't warm up to the GR-55 wah emulation.
