GK-3's S1 & S2 Control Options

Is there sny chsnce to set GK-3's S1 & S2 to control an effect without changing their global setting that change preset? Also which is different from expression and expression on in the settings? I notice when i program ctrl and exp to control pcm gr55 go in confusion
I would like these settings:
1 to control volume pcm 1 and 2 eith exp, sometimes i need to have both active other times only one or both inactive.
2 to switch amp on or off
3 to switch delay on or off and control delay level
4 to pass from electroc to acoustic when amp is off
5 to set e and a string as drum kit only sometimes

Also is it possible passing from an amp type to an other?

thanks. i've just done a multicontrol patch, but i've noticed that also when i press ctl switch there is a latency, this is a problem when i'0ve to pass from clean to distorted-.
