GUMTOWN'S BOSS GP-10EDIT PATCH EDITOR

https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/files/GP-10/

Perfection!

Your efforts address a genuine need, as this also works as "offline/ no hardware needed" method for SY-300 editing /review of each SY-300 patch's inner details , and 16 step sequencer programming.
QuoteThe Assigns are HUGE too, 6 assigns for each pedal, and wave and midi assigns, so for each patch you can use up to 39 Assigns

Amazing!

Gumtown, can you do a version for the Boss GP-10 if we send one to you?

(Maybe we can chip in to a non profit fund to buy you a GP-10?

One major argument in favor of your Boss GP-10 editor will be ability to view / edit  /  reorder GP-10 patches without the physical hardware being present and connected, and the non reliance on the moving target that is Adobe AIR (Required for Boss Tone Studio - - which was IMHO a poor design decision by Roland/ Boss, I suppose it could have been worse if they used MS "Silverlight" )  and  Lets get this task accomplished.

Anyone who wishes to contribute more funds to support the ongoing effort to create a bug free  "Gumtown's GP-10 Guitar Synth Editor"  or the new "Gumtown's SY-300 Guitar Synth Editor" should contribute via Gumtown's paypal account:

I have made a start,
got the midi spec, and started punching in the numbers.

Any suggestions on what to call it?

Are you already using one of Gumtowns GR-55/GT-10/100 etc editors or plan to use the new ones for SY-300 or GP-10?

I know many people like things for free.
The cheaper the better.
No thought about were it came from and how it got produced.
Is that you in a nut shell?

For Gumtown there's no free lunch. He actually has to work many, many hours. He's a bass player so I assume he rather buy things for his kids than a GP-10 so he can slave for free to please "friends" on the internet.

Now fellow V-Guitarist it's time to PayPal a few bucks to digitar55 "at" yahoo "dot" com
Mark it "for Gumtown".

I know you can do it!  ;D
