Hello Jean, Happy Canada Day from Toronto and welcome to the forum! Are you using Roland gear like the VG-99, GR-55 or do you have the Fishman Triple Play, Kemper amp modeler, etc? Whatever it is you'll find a lot of very knowledgeable and friendly people who can help you out if you're having problems with your gear or if you need any tips.
