Sad news indeed.  Apart from being a fabulous player, he was instrumental in introducing the cajón into modern flamenco, which drove the music in a totally new direction.

He's shredding that sweet flamenco in a better place now. Rest in peace, Paco!

Went to a local flamenco concert last night, he got a minutes silence and a standing ovation that went on for another two minutes - a fitting tribute to a great player.
