Slightly out of tune!

I have a GR20. I cant say that I have noticed this before but it seems that the synth pitch is slightly out with the guitar. It seems to  clear when it has been in use for a few minutes. Is this indicative of an impending fault? Is there anything |I can do?
A few gigs back it was totally out of pitch with the guitar and I did the gig without it. On checking it when I got home it was OK.
I would be grateful for any observations.

noticed no one answered. There should be some sort of setting for this. worst case try a factory reset if you don;t have a lot of time invested in patch creation. That might set itself correctly on reset.

All fretted instruments are slightly out of tune since you can't have a truly tempered scale...but a synth can. This may not be the issue but I've noticed guitar and synth are never perfectly together if the synth is chromatic.
