Hello,

I'm again in FAIL mode. Here's what I would like to do:

I have the FC-300 connected to the VG-99 via RRC2/SysEx mode. The FC-300 also has a MIDI input. I would like to plug something into it (say, another MIDI foot controller) so that those MIDI messages are routed to the RRC2 connection and the VG-99 receives them (and optionally propagates them to other devices). I've read all the possible documentation on this, and this appears to be impossible. Can somebody prove me  wrong ? I know I can plug something in the MIDI in of the VG-99 itself, but I really want to do it on the FC-300.

That also brings another question (less related to the FC-300 itself). In the MIDI routing section of the VG-99, you can route MAIN -> MIDI out (cool for guitar to midi), and you can also route another source to MIDI out, so the options / questions are:

- routing MIDI in to MIDI out. Cool for effectively transforming your MIDI out into a MIDI THRU/MERGE
- routing RRC2 to MIDI out. Of what possible use can this be ??
- Why the hell isn't it possible to have 3 (not 2) sources routable to MIDI out ? Like, Main/MIDI in/RRC2 ??

Thanks for your insights.
