do I understand well, that guitars with 13-pin out like Godin Multiac nylon can control just PCM tones o GR55? so compared to GK3 I will loose the possibility drive its guitar sound through modeling only?

All Nylon String Godin Guitars with 13 pin output also feed Normal Mono piezo PU tones out the 13 pin cable via pin #7, and the mono Piezo PU tone from the Godin can only be heard at the GR-55 Outputs AFTER you enable the Normal PU Tone in the GR-55.

Read how to accomplish that here:

Godin Multiac RMC Piezo Guitar with Alternate Tunings on DSP Modeling gear

I have a suggestion to reduce the acoustic output ( which will reduce warbling heard on Alt Tunings)!
To reduce the acoustic output of the Godin Multiac instrument in a reversible manner that won't damage the instrument or reduce the sustain. Try using 4 soundposts located between the top and back of the instrument at the four corners of the backplate under the bridge. Just jam small dowels that you trim to the correct length inside the guitar. It will reduce the top vibration by at least 20dB in the low and mid frequencies. The string sustain should be increased also.
