At this hour - I still really prefer the old 1.9

They all sound totally different to me here on my speakers... and out of tune.

Im dissappointed with the new strat, 335 and l4 in 2.0.

They lack body, and ive already gone into workbench to try and get them closer to their 1.9 counterparts.
I bumped up the pickup outputs (which is WAY too low in the new strat), and dramatically dropped the resistance on the tone control.

Im using the Masonite body more than the strat body for the classic 'quack' sound (positions 2 and 4).

The acoustics are slightly better in 2.0 than they were in 1.9, although I still prefer the pre 1.72 non 'HD' versions.

Ive gotten a lot of usage out of the 'subtracting six strings off the 12 string bodies' trick to get two additional acoustics, with different tonal characteristics.

I asked on the line 6 forums if they could allow us access to the 1.9 models, and got my ass chewed out from some users who acted like I was taking away their favorite toy.
