Interesting. What do you use the VE-5 for. Interested in what you gain from it over using any PA effect etc.
It's got a lot inside, I can adjust the level right there, has the usual compressor, noise gate, reverbs, delays, EQ, and other effects.
harmonist, distortion, robot voices, 3 Favourite patch buttons, looper, and can take a FS6 dual foot switch.

I don't use the fancy stuff much, just the 3 Favourites buttons for dry, wet, harmonist.
But it does get in the way of a mic stand beer bottle holder I used to have there instead.

Hi, my point is for a conventional mic, but i think that everyone must use his preferred stuff.
sometimes, especially for musicals or mixed (music+recitation) operas , i use headset because stage amplification with panoramic mics may get fastly into a drama.
so headset suitable. but when we perform live music only, a boom mic is what i hope to find.
modulate my dynamic, sing lead or backing vocals etc.
and yes... speak with other mates also... not necessary for arguing :)
bye, Mauri
Nothing is impossible,if someone else will do for you.
