Hi! I'm a new user of GR-55 in South Korea...First of all, I feel sorry for my bad English.
the problem is,

1. I got a Godin multiac series guitar. in every patch, all strings sound.
2. when i use my gk-3 equipped strat guitar. on almost every Patches ,the string 3-6 don't sound (silent).
but on some guitar-based patches like 'nylon string guitar', 'jazz guitar', every strings from 1 to 6 have it's sound.
3. I have already checked the tone settings for each patches.
in PCM1, PCM2 tone settings, the volumes of each strings have been set on 100

in other thread, some people mentioned about the problem on 13-pin cable.
but I guess mine's a different case.

Is there anyone to help me out???

thanks for your reply "Elantric"
I guess you think my problem is regarding 13-pin cable matters.

but as I mentioned upper message,

1. when using Godin guitar. in every patch, all strings sound.
2. when using gk-3 equipped strat guitar,
on some guitar-based patches like 'nylon string guitar', 'jazz guitar', all strings sound.
3, other than the upper patches, the string 3-6 don't sound (silent).

If it's cable problem,
how case 1 and 2 are possible?
In case 1, 2 all six strings has it's sound~~~

I appreciate your kind reply!

Maybe a faulty GK-3 pickup?
Have you tried the tuner, does it tune on 6 strings or still just the 3?

Is the GK setup menu correct?
Has the "reversed mounted pickup" option been mistakenly set?
Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

Are you using the same GK setting for the Godin and the GK strat? Is the GK pickup registering for all strings in the sensitivities page of the settings?

If not try using the Godin setting just to eliminate the variables and see if those strings still don't sound in which case it's limited to the pickup and not the GR-55 probably. Also try the guitar GK, Synth Mix switch on the GK pickup
