I'm building a new pedalboard and would like to leave the GR-55 permanently connected to a patch bay box on the board for quick connections and less wear and tear on the GR-55s connectors.  This would be a straight through connection - from GR-55 GK-IN connector to Female connector on box - thru to Female connector - to GK-3 13-pin connector.  There are many 1/4" jack thru boxes out there but I can't find any that include a 13-pin midi option.  Alternatively, does anyone sell short 13-pin male to female midi cables?

Sorry for any confusion but to clarify, I am looking for a patch box with a 13-pin option to use on my pedalboard.  Does anyone know where I can find one or a short male-female cable to get to the edge of the board.... thanks!

No sure if you've already thought about this:
The GK "built-in" kit (the kit you'd use to permanently install the GK Pick-up and controller to you guitar) comes with a the 13pin female mounted on a board that goes to a straight-line connector.....you might be able to pickup that up from Roland direct as a spare part only? the board's about the size of a postage stamp, and the jack has a mounting shroud.

thanks Gandolf... I looked at that but I'm not sure it's straight through... since I need two female connectors back-to-back I had hoped to find something already prefabricated.  I know I could buy just the connectors and make my own box but wanted to see if anything was available first.

Thanks,
Ivo

You could try  Making your own with something like this:

Maybe two and a box?
Here's one end of a long cable with a 13-pin DIN female connector for $12, used though:

...umm..
..you might find that a potential lack of screening (ground) is a problem there, though.... :o
