Thank you for posting this information and all the needed PDF files!  Specially the parts list and schematics.  Thanx  :O)

I have a question to anyone that can answer this.  My hex pickuip is trashed. (controller is still good). And i am trying to get a replacement part..  (from looking at the parts list  it is....#75E112X000).  I contacted Roland about not quite a month ago, but havent yet to receive a response.. and it doesnt look like i am going to!

Does anyone know anywhere else i can get a replacement hex pickup for this? And if it is more feasible to just buy a WHOLE new kit?!!  which i am dreading cause they are like 300$). I appreciate any information as soon as possible.

If you are seeking a Fender Roland Ready Strat HexPU, order the hex pickup assembly with white cover from Fender for $75.

Call and ask them to sell you a replacement part  -  Fender Part Number # 0047921000 (Pickup Ass'y Roland,)

Roland US changed their policy on selling replacement parts or service manuals direct to consumers recently.

Which deserves a separate rant for the lunacy of such a policy by the new management.

But if you get lucky you might be able to purchase from Roland US the GK-3 PU Assembly by having a credit card handy and calling Roland Customer service in LA

Avoid using email or opening a service ticket just to buy a part, they will never reply to such requests.

Pick up the phone instead. I recall they sell GK-3 PU Assembly for $80 today.(inflation)
If you ordered each of the Roland  GK3 external parts separately from the Roland Support Service store, it would set you back $400

If the Roland Support Service store person you reach on the telephone tells you it's only available for purchase by authorized Roland Repair centers, Just wait an hour or two and call back and hopefully you will get a different more cooperative sales agent.

Roland US Service Parts  Telephone during business hours is 323-890-3740

Or buy a used GK-3 on eBay, when they pop up for $100

QuoteQ. Can I order parts from Roland directly?
A. Yes! Some replacement parts and accessories are available on the Roland Online Store. If you don't see the part you need on the site, Roland has a huge inventory of parts that can be ordered directly by calling our Customer Support department at 323-890-3740, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

I just always tell Roland that I'm a guitar repair person and need parts.  Nobody has (yet) insisted that I be a roland authorized repair facility in order to buy parts.  Not yet at least.  I've bought several replacement hex pickups this way.
I totally agree with Elantic: Get on the phone and call them - Don't use email. If you get someone unhelpful, call back and hope for a more helpful person next time.

hey doodes.. thanx for the info... i cant call them...  issues with phone access... but  I DID get a message from them back through email..  and they gave me all the information i need to order the replacement parts.. just got to wait till next month as it is to late this month now..  :)

Hello,  I  wanted to clearify somethign before I order the replacement pickup assembly this month.

When i posted the part number on this forum i posted "#75E112X000"
i dont know where that number came from as that is not even listed in the parts list!???

Because when i look at the parts list that was provided in the STICKY post with the schematics.. according to that is shows that the part I need is "#75E222X000"

Where in the world did i come up with the first number?!?!

Also the Service guy from ROLAND who emailed me said the part number is  "#75E112X0R0"

I am confused now!
