Hi,

I'm searching  a Mike Oldfield sound.
I like the (e-guitar) sounds from the old albums
(70th or 80th). On his "Guitar" album are a few good sound too.

Is there anybody who can help me?

Welcome to the group Bluesboy!  :)

Can you be a little more specific about the type of help you need?

Bluesboy

I'm searching a pad like the e-guitar sound from "Wonderful Land"
or "Arrival". I like the sound (Wonderful Land is my favourite),
but I don't know how I must put the sound. My present attempts were not satisfactory.
On his "Guitar" album he has used, as far as I know, a VG 88. :P

Yes i would love to have this one too...i'm working on it, following the "instructions" on an old Mike's interview...

Hi
I am just spending my holidays in Spain at the moment and promised myself not to use the Internet during this time.... ;)....so I ve not much time but I posted a GR 55 patch here some time ago

Hope I could help you in some way
BTW I was close to Mike's house on Ibiza /Es Cubells where he lived a long time and where he was inspired to create his album Tubular Bells. He sold the house later to Oasis' Noel Gallagher.
