I've posted in some of the other forums here but basically it was someone exposing me to Bill Ruppert's
amazing sounds as well as another Roland VG demo cd for the VG8 that kind of pushed me over the edge
to want to get one of these VG99 units.  I keep haunting my local guitar center and playing their floor
unit and they probably wonder what the heck this guy keeps messing with it for.

What I really want to do is run the audio outputs of the VG99 thru my existing setup so I can expand
on THIS kind of thing:  http://www.myspace.com/ionospherecastingshadows which is all standard
analog audio electric guitar thru a mesa studio preamp, lexicon vortex, tc electric g sharp and also
I use a boss oc-2 octave divider for bass sounds.

I think it would also come in handy for my rock project http://www.myspace.com/aliensporebomb which
would seem to integrate well with my existing setup which I want to mix/match and blend with.

So...yeah.  You'll be seeing me around for the foreseeable future.  Greets to you all.

You can use detune -50-+50 cent and assign the detune off/on switch on both channels.
See PDF manual page 117
(Or get a fretless guitar, here with a GP-10)

I play Country music too, I'm just not sure which country it's from...
