Does anyone know the tuner calibration range for the Fishman TriplePlay software ???? I'm specifically trying to find out if it goes down to 432 hz.
Thanks!

Good question...   I'm pretty sure it's stuck at A440...

If you use the D Pad within the Tripleplay app to navigate to Global Parameters>Tune Base, you can adjust the parameters from there.

Hope this helps!

Does it allow to change from

A = 440hz

to

A= 432hz ?

Did a quick search & found this old post...
QuoteAfter some experimentation, I confirmed that TUNE BASE allows you to do non A-440 tuning.  It appears to be about 4 units per Hz., e.g., to tune A-444, you'd set TUNE BASE to 16.

Clearly I've forgotten more than I remember... ::)

what's the available range?

Does it accept "Tunebase = -32"" to achieve A=432Hz ?

To answer the OP's question - I think a Tune Base of -32 will take you to A=432.   Let me know how this works out!

Sounded like a fun math problem for a Saturday morning...  The following chart is based on the assumption that they are using the standard MIDI "cents", which is 1/100 of a semitone.

Note that as you change Tune Base, the FTP smartly sends out the MIDI Fine Tuning RPN to make the corresponding change in your hardware synthesizer, in order for you to stay in tune with your synth.  Warning:  I do not know of any soft synths that support the standard MIDI Fine Tuning RPN!

Bottom line:  4 clicks per Hz...

I'm pretty sure this is it:

Quote-32   431.9339795   43   64      A=432

Ah but the A=432hz advocates who seek a true  A=432hz will be disappointed with A=431.9339795Hz and claim they hear and feel the difference between A=432Hz vs A=431.9339795Hz

As they blame big government who conspired to eliminate A=432Hz and its natural healing properties for the masses.
Quote"This unnatural standard tuning frequency (440 hz), removed from the symmetry of sacred vibrations and overtones, has declared war on the subconscious mind of Western Man."

For all the fancy logarithmic math, my initial quick observation that 4 clicks per Hz works.       ::)
