Hey guys,
Recently purchased a used VG99 this past week. I had one in 2008 but never dove into it to realize its full potential and sold it. I found a great deal on one in my area and picked it up. I must say this thing is great.
I have been working on a Brad Paisley tone and im close, not perfect but close.

I love his instrumental album PLAY and i like Cliffs Of Rock City. All sounds are from the VG99 minus drums which are EZdrummer and i recorded it through Cubase 5 (not so keen on this DAW)

Anyways, here is a link. Hope you enjoy! Also attached MP3 for those who want to download.

Upon playback this morning i realized that the mixdown seened to have compressed and cleaned the lead tone up a bit more than what it sounded in the headphones. Ill work on the patch a bit more today. If anyone hqs any interest in it i will figure out how to upload it as well.

Tussen Takk sir! You come from a beautiful country. Ive had the privledge of playing there 3 times. Kvinsdale, stavanger, and made a trip to see the swords monument. Ran into some fine players too! I actually heard quite a few samples on your sound cloud before i pulled the trigger on buying this VG and it made my decision easier. What parts of Norway are you around? Maybe we know some mutual friends..

Hi, there and thx. I'm from Telemark and the town of the European Blues museum, Notodden. This small town acts as host to one of Europes biggest blues festivals: Notodden Bluesfestival first weekend each August. This festival has been held anually since 1988. I've done 11 years of hosting the jam-session held at the event from 1998-2008 and know a lot of local, and not so local, musicians.
