Page 79 in the Manual states...

Here's what I'm trying to do (don't have the unit with me right now)
I wan't to use the DR880 as my master clock, midi out to the midi in on the GR55 then midi out to the GT100 midi in, syncing the 55 and 100 with the bpm of the 880. Am I reading this right? If I turn the Midi Sync ON then the bpm will not be transmitted from the Midi Clock Out to the 100.

I read in another post that the clock sync is passed "thru",
so possibly what the manual means is while the input midi sync is enabled,
the internal BPM sync is disabled,
but the midi clock out still sends whatever the GR-55 is using as a sync source.

The only way to find out for sure is to try it and let us know what happened.  :)

Thanks, yea I don't see why it wouldn't pass it on through. I was just reading through the manual and saw it and kinda' threw me. Having my guitar set up right now and my guitar guy has the unit and guitar so trying to learn as much as i can before hand. I will test and note it as soon as possible.

Gumtown has it right!

You want sync on & clock off.    Works perfectly!
