Hi guys,

I recently got myself a VG-8EX.  Is editing the parameters of an existing patch (preset/user) the only way to create a new patch?

For instance, I found that I even cannot call up an Effect Pedal in an existing patch that does not have it, I can only search for a patch that already has it in order to create a new patch that uses an Effect Pedal.

I read through the manual, but it seems there isn't a way to create a new patch from scratch.  Is this true for VG-8EX?

Thanks a lot for your help.

As far as I can tell my VG8-EX uses "fixed" templates for patches that either have pedals available or not.
