Smash

Blimey O'Riley it's quiet in here!

Something new (not necessarily useful!) OK so the original song has probably 3 acoustics multi tracked.

Can the VG99 you really produce a tone equivalent to 3 odd acoustics from a Strat? No! Don't be silly - but it's the best damn second you'll ever hear :)

Patch controls:

GK3
S2 = Alternate tuning on/off
S1 = Drop D or Drop D at third fret

FC300
CTRL 2 = "Space" (bit of delay and reverb)
Ctrl 1 = More chorus (as if you need it!)

The Demo: https://soundcloud.com/smashmashups/the-difference-kings-x-vg99-patch-demo?in=smashmashups/sets/vg99-patches

The demo is a single track pass apart from harmonics. No additional processing in the Demo whatsoever (apart from 2% mix of Steinberg Reverb Works)

And here's the original to see how far off base I am:

I would say it doesn't matter how close or far off you are from the target.  It's a great sounding patch and a great demo!!

Thanks for making some noise in here! :)
