Hi gang,

Does anybody have a simple patch which clearly demonstrates dynamic balance that they can send me. I have tried, in vain, to adjust the dynamic balance settings of some of the default patches, but when i strum harder or softer , the sound does not change between Sound A and sound B.

Thanks for looking.

Welcome to the group Bethy1234!  :)

Check out the patches found on these threads, I think some use Dynamic Balance.

Bethy, I 'm pretty sure that there are at least two VG presets which use dynamics:
288 (088) DynaDistortion and 327 (127) DynaClean

Sorry if I should be wrong (just spending my holidays on Madeira  ;))

Hi papabuss,

I am getting working results with 327 (127) DynaClean. It will be my starter for ten. Thanks because i was not sure which default presets were dynamically balanced.

Much appreciated. I'll start to include it within my trax once i have mastered it.

Cheers

Please be aware that the dynamic balance works best with patches that use the GK pickup. The GK signal is used to control balance change so mag pickup patches don't respond as you would expect when turning down the pickup volume.
