A dirt box. Yes, it's good, but that's it?  Is there a new synth guitar pedal, modeling pedal, or anything?

Well it's not like you'll be able to CONTACT that person.

And in Japan usually the naming conventions there is like Hashimoto-san or Takahashi-san.

San is a term of respect.  So Nao San is basically "Mr. Nao".

Would be neat if someone could talk with them with an interpreter or if they had a good grasp of Japanese.

But be aware if you try that Japanese society is compartmented and going to someone like that may be bad form since going through channels is considered the proper method.
