Using actively my GP10 for over a month now, I am facing a challenge.
I need to detune GR300 sound -1 step. What in VG99 it's a simple thing to do on GP10 it's not possible...
.. Or... do you have found some sustainable trick to help you play a GR300 sound in another tuning (it's for a solo so anything mono string will do). So far my tries were not satisfactory..

Doesn't this work ?
Or am I missing something

QuoteThis setting allows you to switch A, B and OFF the pitch shift, which
enables the pitch of the HEXA-VCO sound to shift in response
* PITCH SHIFT is applied only to the HEXA-VCO, not the
HEXADISTORTION. Set MODE to VCO or V+D when using the pitch shift
function.
This sets the amount of shift in pitch from the original sound in semitone
increments.
This finely adjusts the pitch. A setting of -50 lowers the pitch one semitone;
+50 raises the pitch by one semitone.

I play Country music too, I'm just not sure which country it's from...

It should work (haven't tried yet). However, in a 440Hz Tuning you can switch octaves, add 5th or whatever.
Being GP10 not capable of altering tune, before entering the GR300 block I thought another way existed. This one should could work. I have tried pitch shifting /Harmonizer but I loose FX1 for that and I do not like it.
In any case this has to be the way! :-) Thanks and Happy Easter!

Gosh... I thought I post a reply... but I was not..
Well, I followed your suggestion which was great.. but I made a bold mistake.. for some reason I forgot to put the little baby on VCO only.
I left it to VCO+DIST...
When it was time to squeeze the solo out I pressed the pedal and... apocalypse! The sound was doubled and because it was only a -1 pitch together with the original (DIST does not change pitch, my bad I should have remembered) it also played very, very unpleasant! (actually it was fun looking into my friend faces and astonished eyes  ;D)
I immediately resort to a normal overdriven sound with ALT Tunings on (you know, at the moment I did not realize what was happening..)
Once at home I fixed it in less than 5 minutes.
So yes... GP10 should have allowed Alt Tuning for COSM other than guitars.
