I just got a Colman 'carry on' type bag from WalMart. I added a thin pillow to the inside zipper (on the inside back ), that made a nice pad for the GR-55. It has zippers for cables...and straps to hold other peddles. I have a pretty big song book that also fits. It also has wheels....easy to pull. It cost $66.50

I've been using an old carrying case that was designed for an older dell laptop computer.  The GR-55 fits perfectly and it has adjustable padding and plenty of places to store your power supply, cables, and more.  Works for me.

These work pretty well. I have broken a couple of them (mostly mishandling), but they're within your budget!

Ended up with this small Gator padded bag. It's a perfect fit. Outside zippered pocket holds power cord and 13 pin cable as well. I love it.

+1 on the Gator bag.  My Antares ATG-1 also fits in that case.

I have been really spending time with the GR 55 and i think im getting into the groove and learning how to deal with lag and avoiding patches that just dont work well from the word go  and i am glad that i stuck with it because this device is very capable of some fairly amazing and usable sounds . I have found over the last month or two that the GR55 challenges you to be a better and more accurate player . Now im starting to feel the itch to try this out at band practice   next week. That said i was wondering what suggestions folks have for a good carrying bag that fits this rig. I have looked at gator but they dont have anything made for the GRs dimensions ....in fact nowhere have i seen a bag with the right dimensions. Either 1 or 2 inches short or way too big.......anyone? ???

I live in Brazil and bought this soft bag. It has the ideal size and I can load all cables of the GR-55 and still the GK cable. It's the perfect size.

I use a back pack designed for a 16" laptop.  Works pretty good.
