Hi Guys,

can someone help me out here who has a USA Fishman pickup or a Godin Tripleplay UK version.

I have two dongles, here are the M/Ns:

494-000-220
RMU-PRO-TRP-301

Anyone any idea which goes with which as I am having issues with both of them using the Godin?

All the best

Andy

I'm only aware of the Controller having an identifying  label
(details here)

I recall My USA Tripleplay USB receivers are just blank - no recollection of a label there.

Post a pic of yours?

I think is safe to assume "RMU-PRO-TRP-301" = the USA version because the FCC ID  = "RMU-PROTRP301"

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I have enclosed some pics of the rear of the pickup, rear of the godin and the dongles.

I did a search on the FCC site and found this:

Summary         Fishman   6 Riverside Drive   Andover   MA   United States   01810   RMU-OEMTRPP01   Original Equipment   12/18/2013    2404.0    2480.0
Summary         Fishman   6 Riverside Drive   Andover   MA   United States   01810   RMU-PROTRP301   Original Equipment   04/04/2013    2404.0    2480.0
Summary         Fishman   6 Riverside Drive   Andover   MA   United States   01810   RMU-494000220   Original Equipment   05/16/2013    2404.0    2480.0

So it looks like they are probably all the same.

I think I may have a fault in the Actual Godin Guitar as it has intermittent  problems with both dongles, while my other pickup works perfectly with both dongles.

I confirm the USB Receiver shown at the top of pic below matches the one I use with the External FTP  for USA

i understand USB Receiver shown at the bottom of pic  -  with "CE" - logo is the version for UK/EU .

They ship separate versions for each global region, to support the available local RF Spectrum

BobTheDog

Nice one, thanks very much for that.

All the best
