I have my original 1983 vintage GR202 guitar that came with the GR300.  It has the early style piezo pickup.  I cant seem to find my 30 year old schematics, but I am wondering if I could wire a 13 pin jack into it and make it drive the GR55.  It has plenty of pots that I wouldn't need, a switch for guitar/mix/synth, and 2 touch pads that might could be sw1 and sw2.  OR should I just do the kit?  If I take out the original electronics there would be tons of room for the kit.

Does anyone have access to the early guitar schematics?  What about the 13 pin pinout?

QuoteDue to other's research as well as my own, the [Roland 24 pin connector] T.M.W. marking was identified as
Tajiki Metal Works, now either a defunct or subsidary company in Japan.

I've even called to Japan to try to find an OEM or if there might be a
warehouse stock of them somewhere. No go. Even though Roland, Ibanez, and
Korg used these connectors in the '80s, so far nobody has been able to find
a source for them now.

I'm trying to find a Japanese member of this group who might be able to
help. Here again, no luck.
