I'd been feeling pretty lousy all week and the news about Edgar didn't help - I have a gig on 1/31 and needed some rehearsal since it's been a bit since the entire rig had been put together and working.  This came out.

The VG-99 still has the power to surprise.  Aside from some too clean acoustic tones, eh, you can't win 'em all.

Sad news. Tangerine Dream was very formative for me, now as I sit here I remember the the bassy click of the stylus finding the groove on vinyl and the first notes of Tangram chiffing. Tangram is a musical journey where each side of the record is one song. I am listening to it now, hard to believe that it was 35 years ago. For me each of the albums were iconic, Stratosfear, Rubycon, Force Majeure, Ricochet ...

Your tribute does justice, I can hear the essence of the ethereal side. I doubt you are a stranger.

'There is no death, there is just a change of our cosmic address.' Edgar Froese.
