It's a classic track - wasn't really sure it's blues but that's really SRV's bag so I've posted here.

Demo follows SRV solo to start and then breaks free into a "I don't really know any SRV licks" free form jobbie! had a lot of fun trying though  :)

"Let SRV Dance" - it's a patch that really responds to you digging in and "giving it some large" (as we say here in Essex, England)

*edit* I've added an SRV free backing track to have fun with  ;)

Great patch and excellent playing, Smash.

NICE! Just listened to that album yesterday and here you come with a patch to follow. Perfect timing.  ;D
To V or not to V: That is the question.

Hey Smash, great stuff! And I really dig the sounds on the demo you did of 'Crazy' by Seal (always loved that song/recording) - have you by chance posted any of those (Seal) patches, and where? Thanks!

In regards to the SRV patch mentioned in this thread, Smash actually posted his VG-99 "Let SRV Dance" patch in the top post in this thread

Elantric - I was referring to the patch/patches Smash used in his Seal - 'Crazy' demo.

Radley - Bit late to the party here but yeah, what he said! It's very easy to find the vocal track on it's on - google is your friend! With that patch in the verses use a lot of palm muting to keep the keyboard like stabs snappy. Enjoy.

Thanks for all kind words - been a real slacker of late but will try and post some more. Been working on a choir patch - yeah seriously!

I've actually got a choir patch too.  I never uploaded due to limited interest it but you can hear it in this video starting around three minutes in:

Love your sounds man - I suspect there will be VERY limited interest in my Choir attempt, lol!

Radley

A choir patch sounds like a very useful thing - I'd love to see how the experienced guys go about such a thing!
