Hello,
I noticed a weird thing on the Parameters list, available here:
https://static.roland.com/assets/media/pdf/GT-1_parameter_e01.pdf

The OD/DS and PREAMP blocks *do not* sport a SOLO switch and SOLO volume (which are present in the GT-100/001 bigger brothers).

However, OD/DS SOLO and PREAMP SOLO *can* be selected in the CTL PEDAL FX parameters to be activated through the CTL pedal!

So, are they hidden in the block but they are actually there, and can only be activated through the pedal?

SOLO Function is explained here:
https://www.vguitarforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=19550.msg139968#msg139968
Its a Gain  / Mid EQ Boost and can be easily heard when you toggle it on / off

Typically the "Solo" function is fixed and in the DSP Modeled preamp, and only control is  "on/off" .

Its not the 1st rime the Roland / Boss owners manual was wrong

I expect they will issue a revised  / corrected GT-1 OM  / Parameter Guide

Trivia - for the past 10 years the adobe acrobat PDF Roland/Boss Owners Manuals & Parameter Guide "version" can be decoded by observing the file name, and the last 4 characters

For example:
https://static.roland.com/assets/media/pdf/GT-1_parameter_e01.pdf

the "e01" indicates this is the English, Rev 1 GT-1 Parameter Guide.

As new guides are released, Roland / Boss increments the number of the PDF file and I typically edit old threads and update the URL link in the relevant  "Documentation" thread for all products we talk about   - for example

GR-55 Owners Manual:
http://lib.roland.co.jp/support/en/manuals/res/59105308/GR-55_e04_W.pdf

"_e04_W"  = English Rev 4

(not sure about the significance of the "W" )
