Hi all

Ive been using my Micro BR 80 for years.  But lately, when I plug it in to my laptop via USB, Microsoft Windows tells me there is a problem with the disk and recommends I run a scan and fix.  I ignore it, and the BR functions just fine, as does uploading songs using eBand Song List Editor.

So, SHOULD I go on ignoring this error, or should I let Windows "fix" my BR 80 file system?

Depends on if you have the spare time to wait on a disk scan.
I still ignore those messages, tried the scan once, but it was cancelled after taking too long.

They're best ignored.  It usually pops up as a message if you disconnect a storage device without first "ejecting" it.
