Here are some patches I put together while exploring magnetic pickups through the COSM amps. I am not a high gain guy, so shredders should look elsewhere. The file is in zipped GR-55 librarian *.g5l format.

In general, the first characters in the name identify the amp model:

Pro = Fender Pro Reverb
HMB = Marshall ("Her Majesty's Bassman" - Fender joke ;))
Bg = Boogie
Vox = what you'd expect
Twd = Tweed Bassman

The next two characters are the gain level. I set up my patches as follows:

Cl - clean
Tw - twang (light breakup)
Cr - crunch
Ld - lead

The "Mag" just means magnetic pickups are used. The last characters are usually the effect:

Dl = Dly = Delay (usually the tape delay, expression pedal with the LED off)
Wah = wah (activated by the expression pedal button)
Rt = rotating speaker (usually activated by the expression pedal button)

The CTL pedal usually adds an overdrive pedal.

Most of these are set up so there are three of each amp type in a bank. I'm still tweaking the hell out of these, but perhaps they will make good starting points for your experiments. I was using a Hamer Eclipse with mini-humbucker pickups, so God knows what your guitar will sound like through them.

Correct!

But you still need the GK-3, simply to provide the 1/4" to 13 pin interface to feed the GR-55

Download them, try one of these patches with the GR55 Floorboard Editor, and discover the routing topology to enable the Normal Guitar pickups to use the GR-55's COSM FX

Sounds really interesting..!
So, once you downloaded the floorboard Editor, what?
you install it; but how the softer relates to the GR55?
How it recognize it? you have to open it inside Logic or other platform ?

Thanks

The GR55 Floorboard Editor is a stand alone app that runs on multiple platforms
Most here rely on it as the sole application to Edit and manage and load GR-55 patches.
